Alyssa McKinney. Homegrown since 1994. From living on a ranch and learning lessons of hard work, grit, and determination to finding her way on a large college campus by the age of 18, Alyssa has always known how to work towards success and meeting goals in life. She began her career while taking a cooperative high school class and was fortunate to find a job as an office assistant for a wellhead company. This job started a career in building and bettering business practices, but also forged her character, and helped her mold hobbies into a small business. By the age of 20, Alyssa taught herself about plants and building decorative terrariums so she could start reselling her creations. At the age of 23, she had begun her pursuit in the operations field with many successfully managed projects. Following her own path has always been her idea of happiness and wherever her career leads, it will still involve working hard and “jumping in with both feet”.
